Patients should telephone for an appointment to be seen at the surgery during normal opening hours.  Our telephone lines open at 08:00 each morning. Alternatively, patients may pre book appointments online .

Availability of appointments is affected by leave and demand. However, medical emergencies will always be seen by the duty doctor or nurse on the same day.

Appointments are also available to book online via the link above. For details on how to access this service please contact our reception staff.

Please note that our doctors do not attend every session during each week and that their individual work patterns will change at times.

Telephone Access

The phone is busiest between 08:00 and 11:00, so if you are calling for non-urgent matters, please try after this time. If you require an appointment on the day however, please make sure to call at 08:00.

Practice Nurses

In certain cases you will be offered an appointment with our Practice Nurse rather than a doctor. Our Practice Nurse is qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
