To reduce the spread of Coronavirus and to limit potential exposure to our patients and staff, we will for the time being be limiting patients coming into the surgery to those who have been invited for an appointment by a GP.  These patients will be first triaged via telephone by a Doctor to establish if there is an urgent clinical need.

Please be aware that as hospitals are not currently accepting routine referrals or seeing patients for routine appointments, there are significant limits to the ways in which we can currently help our patients.  Please consider this when deciding whether to contact the surgery.  If you have an urgent medical problem please contact us by telephone.  For longer term issues please remain patient in these exceptional times.

**If you or a family member have a new persistent cough or high temperature please do not come into surgery....Self isolate at home for 14 days and visit NHS 111 online for advice.

If you are coming to  the surgery to collect your medication, please speak to the member of staff at the front door from the barrier and they will fetch your medication for you.

please note times for collecting medication as below:

08.30 - 12.30

13.30 – 16.30

We ask at this time to please allow 5 working days before collecting your order.

Please note we will be issuing one months supply of medication as usual.

We are trying our best to reduce the risk of disease transmission.  Could we ask patients to post in or email (Yoxall.healthcentre@nhs.net) prescription orders where possible.  Please do not come into the pharmacy to collect your medication if you have any of the Corona virus symptoms.

We are not able to make home deliveries to any new delivery patients.  Anyone who is self-isolating will need to arrange for a friend or relative to collect their medication.

*If you pay for your prescriptions we are only taking contactless card payment (this does not include payment using your mobile phone)
